Yes, depressingly familiar. I've been through a "capital reconstruction" that resulted in the dissolution of the company (whose capital was 'reconstructed' - sounds like some kind of weasel term I'd expect to be taught to MBA students) and the rise of another in which shareholders received shares equal to one-percent of holdings in the old.
If - shame on me for even thinking it - anything like this is to happen with PLT, I too will be very interested in learning how Dillon/Hunter emerge from it all. But would we ever be able to find out?
