Exactly why they announced the new product and the cap raise at the same time then did a Friday 459pm news dump about the bonuses. The product announcement would have had the same effect because the Tilson minions would scream "New product no customers" which they did.
They did the flush and lets hope the next few customer announcements come without bad news. Remember if they announce Pre-market that means only good news.
I DO NOT COUNT KARL JASPER AS A TILSON MINION. I just wanted to make that perfectly clear because your points are often very valid but I differ on the events of the week as I see a Kevin Sellers strategy at work.
I have lots of issues about how the company has been marketed in the past. Some how the old phrase "The end justifies the means" IMO has been at play in the company for a long time. They started out selling themselves as a manufacturing company when in reality they have been a R&D company that should have sought out Venture Capitalists. Thankfully they have a blue chip CFO on board and so far seems creative at being able to raise capital.
Today however their product strategy has come much better into focus. They have designed and developed a one stop shop for almost every need. The IP portfolio is worth many times the SP. They seem to be ramping production of their PFS's, their Wearable are headed to clinical trials, their ocular line has found a customer, and they have identified a under served market and leveraged their R&D from past projects to serve this area. I do marvel at the talent amassed by Unilife and the technology developed.
Regardless of where this ends I expect to see a good return on my investment.
Enough said --
