    They get their shares, sell to market driving price down to trigger a price low enough to get MORE shares
    as compensation. Talk about corrupt.
    Real winners are shorts covering at low price. Maybe these two are related.
    At least our company sees it and has sent a letter for them to stop manipulating the stock or face court hearing.
    Might explain the low turnover in shares on Nasdaq last night.

    Get the deal done.
