I think this is much more about 'dotting i's and crossing t's' than anything else.

If Alan is making commitments to customers to bring the whole time frame forward as indicated in the announcement, then UNI needs to know that the cash that Alan will have been working for for some months (both Instos and then our SPP) has to close successfully.

I think Alan is absolutely determined...

We cant put that asset on our Balance Sheet but we know that it is a major advantage in UNI's progress.
