Wouldn't they usually do a ring around if they want to gauge investors voting preferences,they may think this may not be a shoe in ?
Seeing the big boys can't vote on this one if they have taken up shares.
We may hold more power than we think ? ;)
I think I'd take my chances with a total buy out
