I wasn't talking about early starters - I actually mentioned 2013 by which time Cigar Lake should be up and running. But thats the time frame RSL will be looking at to get to market - right after some of what will be the biggest Uranium mines in the world open up.

Don't get me wrong - I'm not saying that they won't make a go of it - that will ultimately depend on the amount of Uranium in the ground. Its more the common expressed idea (ramp) that RSL is going to be the next PDN for some reason. Timing is everything and RSL is a bit late in the action to mimic the success that BMN and PDN have had IMO. Also I don't believe the deposits are anywhere near the size of the Namibian monsters. Even if both leases come in the same size as PDNs Kayekelera in Malawi, you're still talking a fraction of the total resource size.
