GMM have an off take agreement with Mitsubishi not just an MOU, PLS has several MOUs which are pretty worthless, unless they get some off take agreements out of them.
Off take agreements will be hard to get until the others get bulk product acceptance in the spodumene market place and from down stream processors.
GMM has yet to announce a Tantalite off take which could be coming any time soon and any future funding could be from these off takes.
