    I think the doubt about this comment "Funding may be through coal prepayments, debt and equity" may have something to do with the drop.

    Sounds to me there still not quite sure whats happening.

    Although they have got a time frame in mind, "Definitive agreements for funding to be finalised in Q1 2013"

    Lest just hurry up and wait...
