Someone just mentioned why do people keep saying it's overvalued!!! Read the thread!
So I just answered them.
To date I've not heard anything reasonable as to why it Carey's a higher multiple except from Polar who said it carries a higher multiple purely for the reason US hedge funds have bought the stock and held it and ignored the rest. No other reason for its reason for higher multiples.
Ie it's not because the fundentals oretrics of their business are superior in any way.
Just demand and strong hands holding the stock.
What happens when those hedge funds in the US sell though?
