jonkey, it'a already happening but more infrastruture building at ports and the like are needed. For example, the NSW Government has given the go-ahead to more than double Newcastle coal exports facilities ( http://money.ninemsn.com.au/article.aspx?id=696396 ). Of course, the Greenies will bitch and whine about this. but hopefully the government will ignore them.
