That was likely the $7 co payment that got shelved because of lack of consultation. This $20 co payment only came about Dec 9th and was so botched they had to quickly and sneakily make amendments on Dec 23rd while everyone was on holidays. They tried to fix the botch but botched the fix and canned the lot at the 11th hour.
What a mess. What a joke.
