With regards to the PSA, yes it is tied to the JV and is THE most important step to finalizing a JV. However, you did not stipulate JV you specifically stated PSA, except at a later stage when the facts worked against you.
With regards to the payment of monthly dues, did yo make this ill-informed comment off the cuff or did you actually try to read the financial reports?
