My understanding is the Directors cannot vote as they have a vested interest. So the 75% hurdle becomes that much harder.

Dissatisfied Shareholders now selling should reconsider. If you want revenge (i.e. better deal) keep your shares and vote "No". The share price is under pinned by the offer. How can you lose. The higher the market price the more the offer has to be in order to succeed.

How has wonder boy Norm suddenly become so dumb? The Directors are to be paid the same as all Shareholders. There could not be a side sweetener. Are they angling for a competitive bid?
