your view on voting is exactly like mine. i genrerally vote for all the the others first, and then decide who will get my preferences - which generally means that either labor or liberal get my second last vote, or my last vote. i voted howard in, after voting for labor for most of my life - and kept howard in, for the last few elections. my vote will no go to labor. it is simply time for a change. jh has treated the electorate with contempt. no doubt rudd will do the same - but it is time for us to be fooled by another mob. no doubt in one or two elections time, i will vote for the libs

i was gunning for costello, when it became known that howard had passed agreed to pass the baton on to costello. beazley was the wrong man for labor - but now that rudd is in the saddle then my vote goes to rudd
