More than likely an insto/algobot stacking the sell side in order to try and confuse other instos/algobots.

Pick up a copy of Flash Boys by Michael Lewis. Very good read and makes sense of seemingly "stray" orders.

And yes, even mundane stocks like KNL are subject to this kind of action!
