He is confusing Lithium with Dogecoin. He maybe rich but out of his depth with regards to Lithium. He may decide to just buy a lithium producer - problem with that is if he buys a producer all of them have offtakes.
You would want to to buy an early stage miner like LRS which could potentially be the next Greenbushes or even better?
