    Good post, Sagh.

I am amused and somewhat amazed when brokers are always looking for a "short term catalyst" to improve the share price. Value always comes to the fore eventually, and is what investors (as opposed to traders) look for. Norfolk has value in spades, together with safety. I don't need a catalyst when Norfolk has a FY13 P/E around 6.5, high and sustainable profitability of around 18% ROE, no debt and the prospect of increasing dividends, franking to come, and a positive outlook. When 100% franking arrives (FY14?), and using FY13 metrics, my total return as a tax free SMSF will be around 17% from this stock, or even higher on a higher dividend payout ratio, which I believe will come. This is all with the safety of no net debt and a large, growing proportion of reliable annuity earnings.
