I sent my form off Friday, voted against the resolutions as I don't want them to use any raising to acquire another project. I didn't like any mention of an acquisition as shareholders should know exactly what ZYB are interested in and the cost prior to any deal.
I don't know whether they actually intend to acquire anything but no taking a chance. If it is purely just to raise cash to tide them over until the company becomes cash positive, i would've voted yes, providing shareholders had the chance to participate in the capital raising.
The company really needed to come out and explain just where things are at. So 2.25m against from me, though i doubt it will be anything more than a protest vote as i'm sure if they needed the numbers they would've released an update to ensure stronger support.
