    Rights issue appears to be right on time in terms of cash requirements. The report discloses that Norm Seckold has injected 300k in funds! Cash on hand 30 days ago 300k
    I hope in the future that management doesn't wait till there is nothing in the bank before it acts. This time they have gone far to close to the edge.
