There were about 15.9 mill shares on issue but with the placement the share base has blown out by 19 mill.

It still has a low issue of shares, and about $33 mill in the bank.

If they produce 20 mill lbs of Va a year, which is quite feasible, they will have income of about $300 mill a year at a Va price of about USD10 per lb. When they come on stream Va price may fall.

They are projected to need about $100 mill to get the mine up and running again tp [roduce ferro vanadium.

I hold quite a few.
