It's good to sense your excitement.
However, regarding "doesn't include 55c final div.", that is debatable, and depends on which way you look at it.
You can guarantee that the market will drop the SP by at least 55c when it goes ex-dividend, for whatever the SP would otherwise have been on that day. In that sense, a share (especially a large blue-chip) always holds an up & coming dividend component in its pricing.
