In my phone and email conversations with DR I have found WHN to be leak proof. I had my concerns when the Australian published the details of the LOI (last March) prior to the ASX ann of the same, but it was pointed out to me that although the news release was prior to the ASX ann, it was all released during a trading break, so no advantage could have been taken. DR did call me after the trading halt with some details, but told me nothing sensitive that wasn't in the public domain before trading started again.
It's not that hard to get in touch with him. His mobile number is not on the website, and I'm not about to splash it all over HC, but give the company a call or send an email and ask to talk to him, you'll soon be in contact.
