'Ship is sinking' if they are already at the inter-company loan stage imo. The money will get sucked out like there is no tomorrow, also this 'buy back' will deplete things further imo.
Also probably have few 100 thou in unpaid expenses imo.
Be very careful imo. Many burnt before......
