    The previous Keysbrook BFS suggested:
    ~$30m capital cost
~$40m per year revenues over 8 years
~$12m per year profit over 8 years (ie. 30% profit margin)
From my reading, of that $40m per year revenue figure, the split was about $10m per year zircon (implied price $600/T) vs $30m per year ilmenite/high grade ilmenite/leucoxene (implied price $400/T).
This was a number of years ago and before planning approval so it's safe to assume that expected capital and operating costs have risen, as well as price expectations.

Assuming zircon price has risen by 200% (to $1800/T) and ilmenite etc by 25% (to $500/T), I would think:
    - expected revenues = ~$70m per year for 8 years
    - annual profit = ~$20m for 8 years (using 30% profit margin)

I would think that successful execution of this project in the current price environment would lead to increase in multiples of the current share price but these are obviously very rough calculations so would be interested in people's thoughts on the above.
