Actually I can't live with those results so I have done it again with all stocks that are classified as "Materials" and removed the ones with no or negative 2nd year forcasted EPS. Reduced the list from 755 to 89. BHP used as the benchmark again.

All data was transfered to Per Share and then compared as a ratio to its price such as PE ratio, then compared to BHP. This made it simpler.

CBH ranked 49th out of 89 stocks SHOWING THAT CBH IS NOT CHEAP.

BHP offers better 2yr Forcasted EPS then CBH, however CBH has a larger amount of Cash and Net Assets per share. However as we know this is because of its convertable bonds, taking this into account would really send it down the list.

Using difference in PE as the second factor to sort stocks out, all these stocks rank higher then CBH:
