Notice a theme here that any body that did well was lucky. Well it was only 10 years and less ago that the right place, right time just lucky. So how come all of those on HC over the age of thirty one have'nt got lots of properties. YOU WERE THERE. You could have bought, what about all the bitter baby boomers on here why weren't you lucky and what about the 35+ it was easy no skill just luck. There was just as much doom and gloom around then and wages were not that great. So it was just luck. Maybe people need to listen to younger people like N he must be lucky too. Should have, would have, could have, but there's always an excuse for failure.
