Talks of trying to make stage 2 bigger and downstream JV's... Most of my PLS holdings are in my super so I will hold out as long as needed, as you said you missed the previous jumps and I also don't want to miss the next SP jump up. As for the big old companies in oil, have a look at what BP is doing in EV chargers and have a look at who wants to go private with Tesla, I would call it critical momentum, times can change quicker than most think.
