Why is it so hard for people to understand that La Jolla can convert below 2c if ESI let them? In fact, with ESI's permission they can convert as low as they want (even below 1c). With ESI's poor track record of looking after holders do you think that if ESI need the money they will prevent La Jolla from converting? This could go very very low...
