Guys, just to be clear. My post was not intended to be an up-ramp, down-ramp or have any sentiment attached as to whether or not you should buy or sell this stock.

I am a big fan, but i think we should use this forum as a place to discuss key issues with this stock whether it relates to upside or possible negatives.

From my point of view, this lithium financing is something we've all glossed over as a given once the ISO is complete. I'm not sure it will be that straightforward. I can think of a couple of resources companies over here (london) that have failed to raise finance in the last few months for prjects that seem very robust (ZincOx the latest), and have instead had to resort to large share issues resulting not in 2% dilution but 40% dilution. I'm not saying this will be the case with ADY, but it would be nice to get some intelligent comments from anyone who has seen this type of offtake financing agreement work before.
