The question is: Why has Professor Harper (ADY chair) departed with his cash to exercise his ADY options now? He could do that in Nov and continue to earn interest with his cash. The only reason I can think of is that the demerger announcement is immanent and it would seem inappropriate for the Chair to convert after the RRL announcement and qualify for the RLL shares. I am buying in anticipation that the demerger announcement is about to happen and the sp will hit 40-50c.
