4 to 5 weeks for transporting the concentrate is accurate. Approximate to one and half month even if we wish to round it off.
60 days to process. That is to convert the concentrate into the REO/RECO3. Two months.
One month for the customer acceptance. So one more month.
Total four and half months as a minimum.
Then when does the invoices gets raised. Not as soon as shipping to customer for their acceptance. I assume after the customer acceptance. Then another month for payment to be received.
Cash inflow starts best case after five and half months or eight months initially to account for the commissioning of the process circuit.
Meanwhile, capital raising $600 million in the window Aug to Nov this year for the processing plant for Duncan resource. That is the reason the shorters are pushing the price down so that the capital raising occurs at their preferred price allowing them to load cheaply.
