If the Iraq issue is dealt with by any means, as long as it is dealt with and now.. then we will get a bear market rally untill the end of March..
March 21st is an important gann reversal date, so maybe the markets will begin to rally around that time.. ..or if the market begin to rally soon, then the market will top out in March me thinks.. any which way but loose, strange things happen in the third week of March, check out the indice charts.
