my sentiments exactly.. i have posted this before, the reasons that houses MAY drop in price, MAY also keep people waiting from buying..

higher interest rates
bigger deposit required
drop or loss of wage
lack of houes on the market

etc..

be careful what you wish for.

when your deposit, your wage and interest rates line up (with some room of you can) then.... well some worked it out!
