    as stated before

    GXY are currently doing a "book build" investment speak for offer to sophisticated/institutional investors

    Creat may well fall into that group and apparently has made clear it wants to maintain it's current SH % in GXY (buy additional shares)

    On top of that will be the SPP - open to all SH (entitlement record date?)

    Iggy also clearly stated that 50 mill was a Minimum to the raised !

    So hopefully more clear ann will come out today or next couple of days
