well, i'd say there's 1 of 2 things happening today.
Either big instos/holders are buying up and keeping it from falling lower,
Or they're selling out the majority/maximum stock because they believe too high a chance of serious wounds to the uranium industry. (and 9c still is quite a profitable price)
I'd say more likely the latter, but still hard to say at this stage.
If it wasn't bad technically already...
