PEN is US based explorer moving into developer - any stock that resides with interests in Australia would be getting crucified also as all decisons would now be on hold..
This event will give ammunition to the doomsdayers of the repsective parties for months... I would expect the US to take a step back here on all decisions re exploring, mining and energy production that involves Uranium for months.
