Unfortunately that is the case and the real truth. Usually there is always a little too much apathy during the AGM's and the proxies, and that is why the Management and Directors are taking advantage of it all, knowing that whatever they wish for and request, they will get.

Too late crying wolf now, it is too late. We will have to wait till the next AGM now, and see what will unfold, if we are still here that is, which I am sure we will one way or another.

There is of course the way of calling an EGM though. But again, IMHO that will not happen.
