There is not really anything to roll out anyway, its is a very adaptable software system which has been said to basically plug in and away you go. So I figure you may not roll out or get anyone wanting to use the software if it is not covered by Medicare on on this program? Not an expert in this field though and not sure how MRI/CAT scans all work there, are they fixed cost devices or a per scan fee paid to someone?
