Not sure what he is saying...but I sold a small number of these over $1.78 (I believe I said I would do this after a dream I had), then sold out enough to be free carried when it fell to about the $1.20 level.

I have since sold a few more as it continued to fall...but bought them all back for less...and as such, have booked further profits in spite of maintaining the same free carried number of shares.

It's just what one does when one trades their core positions on a volatile, speculative stock moving through a period of significant value transition.
