I worked at MacAurther River, which is approx. 10kms away from teena, in 1996.
We built a crusher underground at 300m depth.
Apparently they went open cut around 2005 and just got approval for final stage in June.
This will take them down to 450 metres at completion.

I think it would be reasonable to assume Xtratra will be watch this closely. IMO
fyi. I believe Mount Isa is the deepest mine in Australia at approx. 1,900 metres
