everybody here knows by now how i despise telstra.
even writing this post makes my blood boil.

I had to ring telstra[promised myself never ever to do this]
because i sold my house and have to disconnect my homeline.

After listening to this patronizing auto voice[good way to get rid of frustrations,you can swear at it as much as you like]for about 1 minute ,i was connected to a 'Rick' in Melbourne.
I told him what i wanted and he ask form my name and DOB.
He told me the ref number for this call and said everthing ok an asked me to hang on.
Then i got 'Jaslyn' from Brisbane.
She asked what she could do for me.

I had to tell her the same bloody things I just told the other guy.
