I know they are all the same.
The first telco who introduces ,real people answering and local assistance ,will blow all the others out of the water.
It might cost a bit more but you will attract many more customers,Simple economics ,imo
The reason i hate tls is that they had over 25 years to get it right[customer service]nothing has changed ,still arrogant and incompetant.
The newbies will learn one day.
About the SP ? I dont buy out of principal but I would be carefull,would not be surprised to see it dive .
Conroy is not losing face with this nbn.
