Thats right Garland the NBN will be worse. Once the NBN is laddened with 100 billion in debt due to cost blow outs such as we are seeing in other Rudd schemes, they will be forced to cut costs big time. The 43 billion probably wont include the connectors, just like the Library in Berridale dint include any shelves!
