Just question: What is more expensive the Court of Appeal or High Court? It looks like the litigation continues and AVQ needs to hold the legal team. SMM won`t be ready for November session of Court of Appeal by definition, it means court expenses till April 2015, it means now money from SMM till May2015 at least.. Exploration work needs money too, it means more dilution, not consolidation. Share consolidation may be after production starts and share buy back may be before announcement of dividend payment
