with regards to financing - the issue of using the asset (permits) as secuity for the any such loan is one thing - the issue of CVI's capacity to service any such loan is another - the "capacity to service" issue will likely need to be resolved before any other cash flow project (eg diamonds etc) will likey be ready
Will any financier be able to lend CVI funds to cover repayments themselves? Thats a no no in residential lending - But as previously stated, its all speculation at this point,
