No to your question. However, the market cap of a company especially spec stocks are subjective sometimes. Currently cvi is valued at say $50mil. Is this the true value of the company? Some say higher some say lower.
What's important is when we sign off the PSA on those offshore blocks. When that time comes hopefully the market can slowly rerate the cvi value. Until that happens cvi's real value won't be recognised.
Hopefully, the way i wish cvi can move forward is deliver the offshore blocks sometime in April. This will raise market's awarness. As these blocks won't be producing cashflows, cvi will then be awarded onshore blocks which should be cashflow producing in 1-2 years. On top of that, the diamond deals are fairly quick to bring onstream too i gather.
If everything goes to that plan, cvi should do alrite.
