JORC is a reporting system put in place to ensure that all mining and resource companies on the ASX report results/resources/reserves/stockpiles etc. to the same standard - it is there primarily to protect (you) the investor.

A resource/reserve reported as per the JORC Code is an estimate of what is in the ground - it is only an estimate based on the sampling to date. Invariably the estimate will not be 100% accurate - but all parties involved should be striving to make it the best possible estimate based on the information available at that point in time.

Rather than blind faith in CUD and their management - you should be asking them to release the updated resource statement, the initial reserve statement, the stockpile estimates etc - if not why not
