"Actually BRETTO, it was only 3,270m of core, and the CuEq turned out to be 3.95%, as per the June quarterly in 2011."
It can be argued that the 3270 metres was still obtained from over 5 km of drilling but that to me is neither here nor there but rather the information you left out when quoting the copper equivalent from that particular report which didn't include gold results from the supergene zone (native copper) or the transition zone ( Chalocite) and no magnetite results.
Regardless of the cobalt or magnetite which is constantly being discussed on this forum if it is viable or not the copper result of 2.92% is impressive and .57 g/t of gold for the primary ore is also not disappointing when comparing to the major copper mines in the Cloncurry district
AVERAGE HEAD GRADE FOR ALL ORE TYPES - PHASE 2 (35 TONNES) = 3.95% CuEq*
(*CuEq result includes Cu (2.92%) and Co (842ppm) and partial Au (0.57ppm - from primary ore only)...remaining Au and magnetite results not yet available)
