Misty must have missed your question but i will try to give directions....
When you are on the utube link
click on the box below video called "Share"
below that is a word "embed"click that.
Look down and tick the box "use old embedded code"
then see the larger rectangular box above that has lots of detail/jargon
select all that ie copy those details and paste them on the
HC Message text...ie this reply box...
It looks like lots of words and jumble but

then do a "Preview Message" click here to see if it worked
it should be the video in the preview message and you can then press post message....
