BUT that doesn't give management the right to effectively squander shareholders money and mismanage a company from 20c down to .6c

Seems that money doesn't matter to ERJ management ...the problem is ...its the SHAREHOLDER'S money that doesn't matter to them.

Let's take their remuneration down to 5% and see if THAT money matters to them.

I just cannot believe the audacity of executives who accept a massive remuneration (and they want more) while grinding the life out of shareholder value 20c o .6c can must be described as inept and scandalous management.

TEETHING PROBLEMS you say ...more like CHOKING TO DEATH.

But being peaceful doesn't mean we should ignore reality ...we need to either change strategy or change management or suppliers or perhaps both.
